Orders
Goods are normally dispatched next working day (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
Delivery
We use 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and a courier. Please note : All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-4 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependant on the Post Office and couriers. This means that if you order on Monday you would normally receive it by Wednesday (Friday at the latest). If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
Returns
If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via emaill as soon as possible with details including the reason for return. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, you may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery and packing) if you contact us within 7 working days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product. Any delivery and packing charges paid by us will be deducted from the refund payment. You should email us for a return number before returning any item to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible. when you do return the product, always include daytime contact details.
NOS Product
NOS is New Old Stock and can be up towards 30 years old. Some times NOS products do have markes from all those years of storage, when there are marks we will try to show them in pictures or list the details in the item discription. If a product has been fitted or used just once it will be listed as second hand and NOT NOS.
